Day 1 – Palma, Mallorca, Spain
Your guides will meet you at Palma Airport for our Mallorca Bike tours at 1:30 p.m and whisk you to our hotel around Palma city. After checking-in and introductions, we’ll build up our bikes and go for a short warm-up ride to stretch the legs. Dinner at one of our favorite restaurants around Palma. Ride: 20-25 miles, undulating
Day 2 – Palma – Port de Pollenca
Today we will ride north away from the city heading towards the Tramuntana Mountains. We begin or Mallorca bike tours by rising gently out of the city then riding up over the Coll d’Honor and the Coll d’Orient. An easy descent then brings us back down to the plains below where we will turn to the North Coast riding past farms and fincas until we arrive at the coastal town of Port de Pollenca. Ride: 52 miles, 3000ft
Day 3 – Cap de Formentor
This bike ride although not the longest is without a doubt one of the most stunning rides on the Island. We begin spinning along the sea front and waters edge all the way to Alcudia. Then turn back inland and loop around to start the Epic Cap Formentor. This rocky Peninsula sticks out at the far Northern tip of the Island. The hilly road out and back twists and turns it’s way passing secluded coves and beaches, and stunning lookout points finishing at the lighthouse. We then turn back and ride this amazing road returning to Port de Pollenca for coffee and cake on the sea front. Ride: 40 miles, 2500ft
Day 4 – Port de Pollenca – Port de Soller
This is one of the more challenging days on our Mallorca bike tours with some great climbing. After leaving Port de Pollenca we will ride up the Coll de Femenia which is the perfect climb to warm up our legs and get ready for the days big challenge. After a Hilly bike ride through the forest and past the Monastery in Lluc we climb over a short rise to the top of the Coll de cal Reis and look down at the valley below. Before us lies one of the greatest roads ever built, it is  pure cycling perfection descending down into the small fishing town of Sa Calobra. This is Perhaps the most famous climb on the island and a must do for any cyclist. It is one of the highlights on our Mallorca bike tours. Sa Calobra is 10km of tarmac draped on the side of a mountain like a coiled snake. With it’s 26 harpin turns, and climbing 668 meters at an average 7.1% gradient, it packs quite a punch. One of the harpins is so extreme it does a 270 degree turn and heads back over itself like a corkscrew. This is your chance to test yourself against the pro’s or go for that Strava time. Once back up the climb we ride up over the Puig Major past 2 lakes and follow the steady descent down through the citrus groves to Port de Soller. Ride: 53, miles 5800ft
Day 5 – Coll de Soller Loop
Todays bike ride is a little shorter but no less hillier. We start by riding up over the Coll de Soller, another windy road with a nice steady gradient. Then a challenging descent down into the valley to Palmanyola. After reaching the valley bottom we turn back into the mountains and make our way up to the pretty town of Valldemossa, It’s a great place to get coffee/lunch and walk around the interesting shops. The return leg of our ride takes us out and along part of the west coast road through the charming town of Deia. It’s home to Artists and eccentrics alike who come to this mountain town to be inspired. To finish off our bike ride we continue along the cost and decend back into Port de Soller. Ride: 40 miles, 2800ft
Day 6 – Port de Soller – Palma
Get ready for the longest bike ride of the week. By now our legs will be well accustomed to the Mallorcan terrain. We climb back out of town onto the west coast road again and retrace our steps past Valldemossa heading South. As the road twists and turns along the rocky coast we pass Banyalbufar and it’s pretty terraces. At the end of the west coast road we turn back inland and climb over the Coll de sa Gramola and enjoy the great views of the Mediterranean. We descend past the town of Andratx following the valley to Calvia. Shortly after we take on our final climb of the trip up over the small Coll de sa Creu where we are rewarded with  views back over the City of Palma and one final decent back into town to finish our ride. Ride: 57 miles, 5200ft
Day 7 – Palma
